THE LOVILL WAY

LOVILL has a creative perspective in solving problems. We are accustomed to complex cases that do not have a “Standard” approach or a cookie-cutter answer. We do not only solve cases on papers but we solve them in strategic manner that requires law, skills, knowledge, creativity, innovation and multi-jurisdictional teams.

However, we have established a systematic approach that we have labeled the “LOVILL WAY”, which means that all our attorneys and staff members receive vigorous and continuous training on anti-bribery practices, customer services, legal writing, specific manner in which to report cases, deliver legal opinions, engagement letters and preparation of invoices. Additionally, we have developed a specific approach we use to hire high-performing new team members, which enable us to integrate attorneys and staff members with the precise capabilities and attitude to work with us and our esteemed clients.

All attorneys in our Dispute Resolutions Practice Group are completely bilingual, hold foreign graduate degrees and are experienced in civil and common law.

At LOVILL we believe in being a well-rounded organization and not only a top-ranked law firm. Where we hire excellence, we take good care of nurturing a “giving-back” environment from the top-down.
